Hello everyone, my name is Lilybeth Valles. I am a young female that has experienced the feeling of loneliness just as many of us have as well. When it comes to being alone I realize we have lost the value of the significance of our own presence. In this podcast I talk about how I overcame the fear of being alone in public that stopped me from going anywhere.
