#08 Jesus became flesh, does that mean Jesus became a human being? Nope. It’s much bigger than that. To know what flesh really means, we might think – “Why would He even want to do that?!” Jesus becoming flesh, in its fullness, shows how much He enjoys us, cares about us, and wants us whole. Jesus’s ‘fleshness’ glaringly exposes the traditional religious distance of God and separation with man. In addition, the light shining in the darkness and Jesus becoming flesh shows how crazy in love God is with the whole wide world!
