-Color – Deep Copper to Very dark brown
-Clarity: Chill haze acceptable at low temperatures
-Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Medium levels of roasted malt, caramel and chocolate aromas and flavors should be present.
-Perceived Hop Aroma & Flavor: Medium-low to medium-high
-Perceived Bitterness: Medium to High
-Body : Medium
-ABV: 4.2%-6.3%

Notes from Brewery: Every so often, a Swede needs to soak up the sun. Naked Sunbather nut brown ale is–well–nutty and smooth with bold roast character. Featuring delicate northwest hops, this earthy ale will satisfy year-round.
Silver Medal: Bull Creek Brown Ale – Springfield Brewing Co. – Springfield, MO
5.0% ABV
Notes from Brewery : Bull Creek Brown Ale is a medium bodied brown ale with a nuttiness from the Brown malt used in the mash. A subtle caramel note from the Crystal malt and a subtle chocolate/roasty flavor from the Chocolate malt balance the overall malt profile. The malt profile is balanced by a significant but not overwhelming cascade hop finish. We named this beer for one of our favorite local waterways. Bull Creek is a pristine creek located between Ozark and Branson on the east side of Highway 65.
