Notes: Toasty and nutty with a bit of caramel malt character, firm hop bitterness, but very well balanced. Also won Silver in 2018.
Silver Medal: Bridgeview – Henderson Brewing Co. – Henderson, KY
ABV – 5.6 %
Notes: Don’t let the last word fool you, this beer is anything but bitter. A wonderful earthy spicy nose greets you followed by a distinct malt forward flavor produced by the Maris Otter Malt used.
