American-Style Strong Pale Ale
-Color – Deep golden to copper
-Clarity: Chill haze is acceptable at low temperatures. Hop haze is allowable at any temperature.
-Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Low caramel malt aroma is allowable. Low level maltiness may include low caramel malt character.
-Perceived Hop Aroma & Flavor: Hop aroma and flavor is high, exhibiting floral, fruity (berry, tropical, stone fruit and other), sulfur/diesel-like, onion-garlic-catty, citrusy, piney or resinous character that was originally associated with American-variety hops. Hops with these attributes now also originate from countries other than the USA.
-Perceived Bitterness: High
-Body : Medium
-ABV: 5.6% - 7.0%

A rarified, fresh hop double dry-hopped rendition of our 2018 Great American Beer Festival and 2018 World Beer Cup Gold Medal-winning Green Battles IPA. This super charged freshy is getting its first dry-hop treatment this week with Chinook, Amarillo & 200 lbs of freshly harvested Mosaic overnighted from Yakima hitting the tank. At 10 pounds of hops per barrel, it’s for sure one of our most gregariously and luxuriously hopped beer of 2019. This celebrated IPA yields juicy, mouth-watering stone fruit, citrus, and mango notes throughout along with a nice crisp and dry finish.
