In this episode of The Tactics Room, Will did things a little differently - by welcoming on a guest.

His guest for Episode 5 was Alex Barker, better known on social media as the Euro Expert.

Alex joined Will for a virtual video call and the truth is that there's not a whole lot that they didn't talk about...
They went on for over an hour about a number of different things, like the flaws in English football punditry and which controversial opinions Alex still stands by. They talked about how much he does in any given weekend, but more importantly, what drives him to do it. They spoke about abstract stats - expected goals, expected assists - and why Alex thinks they're still so misunderstood.
Moreover, they even talked about Alex's own personal struggles and how he views them as a strength, not a weakness.
