Church was not about trends or approval ratings, instead it was about conveying the truth regardless of the direction society was heading at the time. But now church seems to change right along with the trends that drive pop culture. Church shouldn’t be trendy. Church should be timeless. It should be a place where the focus is on a timeless Savior who has a wonderful plan for our lives. It should be a place where policy does not flip flop like politicians.
