It’s really important and can impact your salaries for future jobs If we look at the Latine community, as a whole, we make $0.73 on the dollar compared to non-white workers, which according to McKinsey & Company adds up to $288 Billion as a total. Imagine the generational wealth we could build or the businesses we could start with that money. Latines are currently 17.3% of the work force but in the next 8 years that number will climb to over 22%.
