A registered ICU nurse from one of the largest hospitals in our city was able to shed some light on some key pandemic questions: 
- Can you describe the reality in the hospital and ICU unit? Many people don't see full waiting rooms and the perception is that case numbers are being inflated.
- What impact have the variants had and how has the hospital adapted?
- Is it just the elderly and immune-compromised catching the virus and in need of ventilators? What are some of the common health traits that you noticed in those admitted to the hospital? 
- In your opinion, have the lockdowns been working, and why?
- Do you feel there is a disconnect between what people are seeing on the news/social media and what's happening in hospitals?
- How long do you think this pandemic will go on?
