Meghan Telpner is a Toronto-based author, speaker, nutritionist, and founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I started reading her blog back in 2009 when it was called Making Love in the Kitchen. While you can now find her at MeghanTelpner.com, she's still an advocate for vibrant living and her positivity is absolutely infectious! Meghan's story is incredible! She was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and had been told that medication and surgery were only treatment options. But she felt certain there was another path and within a month of making diet and lifestyle changes, Meghan was system free. We had an incredible conversation about her healing journey, how to find your own unique path to health, her new cookbook Undiet, and so much more. I also share why talking to Meghan created a big shift for me and how it changed the way I'm approaching my life.

  • The components of her ideal morning routine as well as a breakdown of the daily practices that she considers non-negotiable
  • What she's set her phone alarm to remind her of each morning
  • Why HIIT workouts are not right for everyone all the time and how to tune into your body to decide how it wants to move
  • What it means to "Undiet" your life and what the benefit of it are
  • The small tweaks you can make this week to boost your health monumentally (and they might not be what you'd expect)
