Matt McGinnis, a swimmer earlier in life who competed on a high level, even swimming w/ Michael Phelps on a relay team, talks about competition and minimalism.  We talk a bit about Russian literature, especially "Crime and Punishment".  I also ask Matt about his understanding of the significance of Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection.  I enjoyed this conversation with Matt.  I hope you enjoy it too.
