In this episode I talk with Marc who is an adoptee with quite a few labels.&nbsp;
He is an international adoptee being born in Colombia. He is a transracial adoptee as his adopters (as he calls them) are mid-western white Americans. And Marc is also transgender.&nbsp;
I came across Marc on <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@goldenstallionadoptee">Tiktok</a> not long after he joined it, and began making videos about adoption. I am a fan of his content, as it is typically very artistic with a little humor and snarkiness.&nbsp;

S2-#14 Adoptee ~ Rebecca Autumn

Hi! My name is Jen and I am an adoptee! I searched and found my first family in 2001. My mother had been deceased since 1982. :( 
Since then I have become very vocal about the flaws in the adoption system. Back in 2016 I got the idea to start a podcast about adoption from the adoptee perspective, but I hade no idea what I was doing so it didn't really get off the ground. I still don't really know what I am doing, but I love talking to adoptees and first parents about their experiences. They are always interesting conversations about adoption, and I hope you like them too.
