Daylight Savings Time (DST) has become a ritual in the USA to change clocks forward and back an hour every spring and fall. Why? People claim it saves energy, or helps us have daylight during regular working hours. Others claim there's no evidence to prove that we're actually saving energy this way and it's a tradition that remains unchanged for the sake of tradition. Debate with the ControCast on the possible pros and cons of this long standing issue.
