In today’s podcast episode I’m joined once again by my cohost Samuel in a discussion on whether or not “Affirmative Action” or a merit based system is more fair & reasonable. In the case of Affirmative Action we both agreed that it is an unfair & unjust system of discrimination that simply dumbs down society by lowering standards. In fact in many ways it places people in situations they aren’t capable of simply to achieve a artificial result which hurts both them, the people who’s position they’re taking & anyone relying on their qualifications to do the job whatever that might be properly.
