Obviously stepping into other people's shoes is a metaphor :) However, irrespective of what type of communication you are going to have, if you are not clear on the recipient's standpoint, how are you going to be able to deliver that piece of communication pin accurately, and focus on a win:win outcome? Your intention is one thing, how you have impact is quite another - in this podcast we explore things to think about when considering others' points of view and tips to practice to ensure your communication lands in a more effective and well thought through way.
