I don't like the word budget because it sounds like restriction, it sounds like a limitation. I want to spend my money, even if that spending is on housing, or on clothing and on food. I'm happy to go spend my money at the grocery store for the things that I want to eat.
It's about reframing the use of our money. Instead of, "Oh, I only have so much money to spend here," it becomes, "Hey, I get to spend this amount of money." Do you see? It's all about an abundance of flow and money being enjoyable. Let's not make this unenjoyable...let's make it enjoyable.
