I am back. I&#39;ve missed you.
I took a long break to settle in a new place. New places bring about new and also old challenges. Challenges you thought you already dealt with and resolved. But the journey continues, and like a spiral, goes up and up and up, seemingly repeating old patterns just to discover how far we got in our life-long quest for healing.

Stress

I practice Chinese medicine. Most people think it is only acupuncture, which yes, I indeed practice. But the medicine can be practiced by anyone that understands this ancient, healing philosophy.
