This week is Week 3 of J.Go’s Hot Girl Healing Summer Challenge. It’s all about Expression and J.Go spent time reconnecting with her younger self by hanging out with her nephews and bedazzling her hair with questionable early 2000s gadgets. She also fully committed by attending a twerk yoga class at Chakti Yoga in Charlotte, completing her first Reiki session with Emily Craun at Crystal Horizons (use code JGo), and found a therapist!
