In the first part of the Coaches Lounge series we welcome Jon Sturholm, a good friend and former teammate oh Phillip's. Since their days on the mat together Jon has graduated from UC Santa Barbara, and is now a football and wrestling coach at Dos Pueblos High School in Goleta CA. Today on the show Jon discusses what led him to embark on his coaching  journey.
