Nuno Cunha Rodrigues underlined the importance of competition in public procurement, in a recent podcast of the series CompCast – Competition Talks. The University of Lisbon’s School of Law professor highlighted the AdC’s role in the promotion of good practices by procurement agencies, the importance of detecting cartels, as well as the savings that fighting bid-rigging in public procurement could represent.
