Professor Karen Scott, is an international environmental law expert from the University of Canterbury, Karen is Editor in Chief of Ocean Development and International Law. We will discuss how international law places countries like New Zealand under international obligations to address Climate Change and the risk and consequences of neglecting to deal with Climate Change and live up to the promises we've made.
