I'll be discussing with Robert Patman International rule of law and multiple lateral ism and it institutions and how international institutions and the rule law is threatened by changing will and the assertions of the United States and Russia that might makes right and that there should be no restrictions on their power over a weaker countries and how this threatened New Zealand's traditional form policy of support of multinationalism particularly within the UN.
