Today, we are going to be addressing the controversial issues surrounding war. 

War is one of those issues that scripture clearly speaks about from both extreme sides. When this happens, there is a lot of theological room that allows people to be on either side of the issue without undermining the Christian faith.

While the Old Testament depicts God on one side or the other when it comes to battles, the New Testament shows a God who desires peace and forgiveness over fighting and death.
