Happy Earth Day and welcome back to Community Blooms! In today's episode, Akil commemorates Earth Day by encouraging reflection upon and connection with the environment, sharing positive happenings from CEI, and announcing the beginning of Season 2 for Community Blooms. Season 1, which began last year (2021) on Earth Day highlighted environmental, educational, equity, and health leaders from the Howard County, Maryland community.
