My heartbeat, the beautiful paradise island of Jamaica and the natural foods. MUMM yummy, I can taste the food scent on my tongue. Can’t wait to eat a mango and eat some steamed fish. Do you like mangos? How do you like your fish steamed or fry? As I prepare for my trip back to my birthland, I am overwhelmed with so many emotions and being able to do the things I manifested years ago. I am travelling to Jamaica for business, and to give back to a Primary school in Manchester. Taking a bigger leap of faith and purpose stepping!!
