In every business I’ve worked for I’ve always been a leader. But I’ve never wanted the title. In the last seven years of my life I’ve had the privilege of leading my children. I’ve had the title of father. Which I do not take lightly. Do you lead your employees from a position of fear and intimidation? Or do you lead from a position of mutual benefit and love.
