We welcome a new series to the podcast, the extremely popular family comedy, The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. This is the seventh episode titled, 'Enters Essay Contest.' This episode aired November 19, 1944.

Starring: Ozzie Nelson, Harriet Nelson, Harriet Hilliard

Ozzie and Harriet married on October 8, 1935, and later realized working together in radio would keep them together more than their separate music careers. Their sons, Ricky and David didn't join the program until 1949 when old enough.

The programs started on CBS radio but over it's run would also air on NBC and ABC radio.
