Today Joey and Spud talk about our cliffhangers we gave on part one. Spud&#39;s Avril Lavigne concert, with a MAJOR twist. The Utah Valley Half Marathon Joey and Brenner ran together, and some of the blunders of Brenner&#39;s first half marathon.

We ran on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail near Steep Mountain Trail next to the Flight Park in Draper.</p>

We are Spud and Joey. We are friends, dads, and realtors. On the weekends we love exploring new trails and neighborhoods together. We aren't the fastest or the most skilled runners in the world, we're just two slightly out-of-shape dads that love a good trail run.
