As Robert Dunbar, an Oxford University anthropologist says ‘friendship is about is creating small-scale, intensely bonded groups that act as protection to life’s stresses. Shasta Nelson, in her TED talk advises how to make meaningful and deep friendships that helps us avoid greater risks of cardiovascular disease, dementia, depression and anxiety.
