Part 1: Smiley Face Killer/Killers Theory

Could the deaths of over 100 young, intelligent, athletic men be explained by connecting the dots?  After police originally closed the cases as most being accidental drownings, retired police officers from New York City and a Gang specialist took it upon themselves to crack the cases that authorities refuse to take a second look at. In these first few episodes I will explain what these detectives have done to prove that the deaths were not accidental drownings, but homicide. Referring to a show Hunt for Justice on Oxygen these three will make it their mission to find out if the Smiley Face Killer or Killers are real.
