Homily for the Tuesday of the Fifth Week of Easter

There is a peace that only Jesus Christ makes available to us in a world full of tribulation. Even on this painful path, we can “take heart”. How? Why? Because Christ has overcome. When you feel defeated, remember, that Christ has overcome. When you feel like the world is squeezing the life out of you, remember, that Christ has overcome. When life feels unsafe, remember, that Christ has overcome. Through his death and resurrection, Christ has overcome.
