Jenn was adopted through Catholic Charities, bio and adoptive family rooted in Minnesota. 
Her biological and adoptive families lived alarmingly close in proximity. She began the search for her biological parents when she was 19, and was eventually successful. There were a lot of surprises along the way, but Jenn has done so much to help her feel at peace with where she came from.

S1E7 - Synchronicity Part 2

“Why am I like this? Where did I come from? Why can’t any of these Minnesotans properly cut and style my curly hair?!”

This barely brushes the surface when it comes to an adoptee making their way through life.

There are few resources for people like Erika & Resa, so they created their own.

Initially as co-workers, they discovered they were from the same orphanage in Bogota, Colombia.

Despite the similarity, they have very different stories, and have become like sisters through this connection to their roots.
They will interview family, friends, each other, and dive into the psychological impact of adoption from all angles.
Any and all questions are welcome, as the hosts will teach their audience how to appropriately practice this conversation in the future.
