So she didn’t create a field of dreams, but BJ Davis was the first to build a specialty coffee shop in Indianapolis with Bee Coffee Roasters. As a result, the city has become a destination for the third wave coffee scene. I chat with BJ about her journey to bringing specialty coffee to Indy, explore the growth of her business, and discuss the cold brew scene of the city.
