I’ll never forget the first time I went to Mostra Coffee &#8211; not only did I have an amazing cold brew, but I got to meet and learn about this amazing company. Even if you’ve never been to San Diego, you’ve probably tasted their coffee; Mostra has collaborated with over 200 breweries across the nation! 
A month after the opening of their newest store front, I sat down with Mike (Cold Brew Creator) and Jelynn (Co Owner) to discover why four people who knew nothing about coffee wanted to start a coffee shop, discuss their brewery collaborations, and learn how they create delicious and innovative cold brews (fudge strawberry anyone??)
