This last week I lost two men that were in my circle to suicide and it was a wake up call to 1.  Know that you never know what someone is going through and 2.  The power of kindness and reaching out may actually save someone that i secretly feeling the worst.  Be kind.  Be consistently kind.  We can change the world together.
