Hello Everyone! Happy It's Almost Friday Day! This week has been rough on my anxiety personally so if anyone else is going through it; don't worry you are not alone. I am still here to be an advocate for Mental Health & share all the advice I can give! π¦. For my second podcast, I talk about some of the things I do to mend my anxiety and how I go about the days where I may be feeling more anxious than usual, or even a little depressy (what I like to call it). I also mention things I have in my home/car, while also mentioning some tips for my peeps working from home!!! As always everything I discuss is based solely on my own experiences and based on my own preferences.
