Something I am betting our species&#39; future on is the power of the internet. On a whim, one of my high school football captains, Dawson, starting posting videos of himself doing short ice baths on Instagram. All of a sudden we&#39;re at Day 73 and counting, and Dawson is just getting started. The internet exposed him to this practice and the internet is holding him accountable to his new habit. Taking ice baths, and other holistic health practices, are blowing up online right now. It gives me hope that we can grow into the next century with an intelligent approach to life on this planet.
