Hello, my name is Coach Johnson and I’m starting a new podcast! I have called it “Coach’s Cast”. The focus of this podcast is talking about what I have learned over the years on the field, the diamond or court and how has helped me become a better parent. 
Discipline, understanding, growth mind set and encouragement are what I will focus on. Team sports are a metaphor for life, I’m expanding that idea and saying: lessons learned as coaches can help at homes as well.
