When I talk about running a more gentle business I’m often met with the assumption that running a business more gently means NOT aiming for success, not aiming higher - and in this episode, I want to emphasise that it doesn’t HAVE to mean that at all.

- Stop doing so much
- Double down on the things you love
- Know your numbers
- Outsource where you can
- Feel free to express yourself
- Forgive yourself
- Let go of the past
