Hello fellow coaches,

In this episode, I talk about the importance of creating a defined coaching offer.   As coaches, we tend to be thinking, constantly, about new ideas and offerings that can help our clients.  That can lead to a common roadblock to coaching success, which is going a mile wide and an inch deep with our business strategies.  

A good goal to have, especially for coaches early in their careers is to go an inch wide and a mile deep on one offering in order to drive results, gather client feedback and testimonials to see if what we are teaching or coaching is making a difference.
