As a former professional athlete and tech nerd, I am simply doing my best to be the person I needed in my life while growing up. I am an American living Finland here to talk about whatever else I feel is important the evolution of the human species. I am an expert in ATHLETIC TRAINING and TECHNOLOGY but I am not a know-it-all.
