Coach Gonzo has coached the sport of wrestling for 44 years and just completed his final season. Along the way, he has won wrestling state titles, been named coach of the year by every organization around, and has positively impacted thousands of lives. Gonzo is a true ambassador of the sport, and he's everything you'd want an educator to be in a school system. Gonzo will also be inducted into several Wrestling Hall of Fames.
During the episode, Gonzo talks about his introduction into wrestling, his start in coaching, and how he built programs along the way. Get ready for great storytelling, wisdom, and a lot of humility from an extraordinary coach.
