It’s been said that “hustle beats talent when talent doesn’t hustle.” This is a tried and true motivational mindset that even I have at one time adopted. But the problem that’s becoming more and more prevalent in motivation culture, is that there is too much focus on hustle and not enough focus on skill.

Today’s inspirational word: focus on skill! Skill produces results. Skill delivers. If you’re looking to be successful in your field, focus on the value you can add through the skills you develop.
