Before I officially launched this podcast I wanted to make sure that I had used the service for enough time to feel comfortable talking about it. I also helped me plan out some future episodes that I hope will bring value to you as a ring closer. Some of those future episodes include talks with fitness and nutrition experts, other ring closers like yourself, and of course, a stretch goal, interviewing the coaches themselves.
