Police Promotion Process. A caller asked a retired cop Clinton Jaws what he thinks about the police promotion process so that is what I do. After review I realized I missed a lot of points and I apologize for that. I will do another video one day. Bottom line I do not like the idea of a cop being promoted for a high mark on a written test and having the ability to write a great resume. Sometimes I wish I would have stayed a Constable Call the hotline number voicemail and leave a message for Clint 604-330-2512
