Being able to take on direct issues with others is a delicate and often difficult course to negotiate. The ability to ‘tell it like it is’ in a sensitive and positive manner is a challenging skill to learn but it is necessary in order to cultivate a team-based growth opportunity where both/all members can progress and benefit.
