In this episode we meet Erica, our 17 year old niece who has been battling mental health since she became a teenager. Theres SO much more to unpack here than we could possibly do in one episode, which is why after recording this we thought she would be a great, younger, voice to add to our revolving co hosts. She makes us proud every single day as she battles her inner demons and somehow remains one of the silliest, outgoing teenagers we've ever known. You rock, kid!
