Some people have a hard time facing reality.  We don't want to see or admit our faults or our weaknesses or areas where we want to grow.  But, because God loves us so much, He wants us to face the reality of who we are and what we have done.  This is an essential part of the growth process.  Today, as we look at the story of Jonah, we see that God pushed him to face reality, and we learn how God does the same thing with us.  Because He loves us so much.
