Poznat a pochopit svět. Takovou ambici si ve své umělecké tvorbě klade Johann Le Guillerm, francouzský perfromer, který patří k progresivním průkopníkům nového cirkusu. Nejen virtuozní pohyb, ale především konceptuální umění založené na mašinérie charakteruzují jeho současné umělecké postupy. Johann Le Guillerm působí ve světě cirkus od 80. let, kdy absolvoval cirkusovou školu Centre National des Arts du Cirque. Vystupoval se soubory Archaos, Volière Dromesko, spoluzaložil Cirque O a od roku 1994 vystupuje ve svých sólových projektech, původně pod hlavičkou souboru Cirque Ici. Cirkus podle něj definuje kruh, tedy prostor, ve kterém záleží na úhlu pohledu.
