While digital tools are abundant, are they intrinsically motivating employees to return to the workplace motivated to connect, communicate, and collaborate meaningfully to solve problems and innovate individually and collectively? What are we lacking here: training, executive support, technology standards, or conducive cultural norms? How must organizations reimagine their hybrid workplace to offer a simple, scalable, supportable, and secure work experience without adding complexity to deliver tangible business results?
